I am a practical woman, not at all easy. I’m strong, but sexy. I’m beautiful, but run responsibilities. I’m a woman! Gucci really expressed today’s women in the way they dress! Frida Giannini, the designer of Gucci’s spring 2012 fashion show, really felt today’s women. Off course, she lives our each of us daily responsibilities& headaches, so she created clothes that match today’s women characters. She chose to mix green with black and white for daily outfits, and bronze, gold& silver with black and white for après me die& night outfits. She was so simple with colors, didn’t use much of them, mixed them together in a very light way and with black& white& erased all the complications
of colors! Giannini insisted on pants for most of the collection. She felt how frustrating it is for women if they have to wear skirts all the time. The cut of pants was also creative and elegant, as she went back to high waist pants with wide sides. But I can’t but also be so amazed with how sexy the dresses were! So she also decided that today’s women are practical, but they so deeply feel their feminism& how sexy they are when they do. As for the daily outfits she chose mostly pants suits, but few times she picked short dresses, that looked like two pieces outfit with very simple, practical designs& cuts. So women, don’t be sad, we might have the hell of days to live, but we are sexy, strong& practical. See how Gucci’s inspired!
